My background is in theater, film, and television – for over 30 years, I've told stories, moved people, and lit up stages. For over 15 years, I've also worked as a trainer, coach, and consultant – with extensive training in systemic coaching, NLP, and mental training.
Today I combine both: I help people and teams to get their messages across, to present themselves clearly and to achieve more together.

In 2001, I developed a tailor-made theater piece for Microsoft's company meeting – from this, workshops on creativity, team building, and presentation staging emerged over almost ten years.

For three SKY departments, I designed creative, alpine team events with scripts, film production and premiere evenings – including a “Game of Thrones” parody, produced and shown in a single day (2014–2016).
Hessian Institute for Nursing Research (Hessip)
From 2018 to 2023, I was involved in the development of a digital training program for nurses – with a focus on teamwork and communication in interdisciplinary settings.
Sonax GmbH
For Sonax's 100th anniversary celebration, I wrote and directed a specially developed musical about the company's history – performed in front of 3,000 guests in the marquee.
AGENEO Life Science GmbH
For a specialized recruiting provider, I developed an entertaining learning video called “ThirdXeye” to help employees get started with the company’s own CRM software.
Sonnenhalde Psychiatric Clinic, Basel, Switzerland
In 2021, I developed a VR-supported exercise program for anxiety and trauma patients for the Sonnenhalde Clinic – based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Federal Association for Burnout Prevention
Since 2023, I have been the honorary federal chairman of the Association for Burnout Prevention – with a focus on destigmatization and quality standards for prevention services.
Philosophy Museum Pommritz
For the Philosophy Museum Pommritz, I developed the script and supervised the implementation of a virtual reality experience based on Plato's Allegory of the Cave.
Hiscox Insurance
For Hiscox, I led two creative team events in which films were created on the company values and the topic of corporate social responsibility.

For a conference of 220 executives at Rohde & Schwarz, I staged and moderated an interactive, theatrical team-building activity.

Since 2001, I have been supporting the market leader in relaxation technology at anniversaries and team events – as a speaker, entertainer, and seminar leader for the sales and management teams.

At an outdoor event with 80 auditors and tax consultants, I staged creative exercises that impressively revealed the humorous potential of the participants.

In 2008, I created a circus production for Deutsche Telekom with 16 executives as the main actors – performed in front of 1,500 employees.
