In my formats (1–3 days, in-person or online), you'll learn how to consciously reflect on your self-image and the way others perceive you, in order to specifically control your impact. We work with acting methods, storytelling elements, and exercises from body language and voice work.
You will get answers to questions like:

✅ How can I deal with stage fright and inner insecurity?
✅ How do I use voice, body language and language to reinforce my message?
✅ How do I develop charisma – without any show, but from my real personality?
These training courses are aimed at people who want to raise their impact to a new level in both their professional and private lives – whether as a manager, speaker, trainer or simply as someone who wants to make their presence felt.
