Once a month, we open up the space together for new perspectives, playful experiments, and inspiring exchange. Each lab is a safe, creative space where you'll not only receive input from me as your trainer, but also have valuable encounters with like-minded people.

This is how it works:

🌟 We meet monthly online – each lab lasts approximately 90 minutes.

🌟 At the beginning you will receive a creative impulse or an exercise from me.

🌟 Afterwards we exchange ideas in small groups, delve deeper into topics and collect ideas.

🌟 Finally, we bring insights and energy back into the plenary session – and you return to your everyday life strengthened, inspired and with new impulses.
